Cabrini Partnership is part of the solution. There are many initiatives around the state of Minnesota and the country to hone in on ending Long-Term homelessness. We are delighted by these goals, and we are joining forces. Through programs like our Transitional Housing Program and Permanent Supportive Housing Program, we are breaking the cycle of homelessness.
