The long-term homeless population has been identified by the Hennepin County Continuum of Care Committee as the most underserved and difficult to serve population in the Metropolitan area.

From balancing a checkbook to healing broken relationships, our residents struggle daily in manners large and small to move beyond chemical dependency and mental illness into sobriety and stability. This year they continued to live up to the high standards we set for them—and they set for themselves. Our demographics and outcomes provide a glimpse of their struggles and successes.
